I have been recently working on another site for a friend of mine. The site in question mad2workhere.com its a forum site specifically for employees to chat about their jobs*.
Also it could be a good place to pimp Jobs that have come up at you work and try and find someone to in them, so you can claim your recruitment bonus.
I'm hoping with my slightly fanatical obsession with Google ranks, and SEO in general I can make the site a success. One day I may actually get paid for this sort of thing, and aspirations of being my own boss may come to fruition.
