Another New Wordpress Theme
I have decided I want to create a theme that integrates with bbpress, why I'm not entirely sure as dont have a real need for a forum here. Anyway I started with a web template from Solucija called Website Traffic. I have a slight problem at the moment in that i know there is an issue with the Category images in IE, however dont have IE on my laptop a it has working Browsers on it instead (handbags).
The Blog page is designed to have six posts in it and doesnt handle wide images well at the moment. This also means you need to make sure you have the <more> tag in your longer posts. Any way now I have got the wordpress bit nearly there I'll start on the bbpress bit.
By the way if Wordpress isn't your bag and you in the market for an extremely lightweight CMS Snews is excelent, and stupidly easy to theme your self.
Should note all the adsense ads are removed for users logged in.
BBpress integration is proving fairly simple when loading the wordpress functions in, though the pages take an age to render so need a rethink.
