No Drink, No Fags, No Weight Day 12

Day 12, weighed my self this morning, and I have lost 3/4 of a stone. Bearing in mind that im have two proper meals a day including two pub lunches this week, and none of this healthy crap food.
I lost nearly and entire stone and not a chickpea or lettice leaf in site. This naturally leads me to believe that all these "I can't loose weight" people are slackers.
Got to start going to the gym next, to add to current excise (none).
I should write a book
"How to loose weight & Give up drinking in two easy steps"
Chapter one
1. Stop Drinking.
2. Drink a lot of water.
