Day 8 and I have gone an entire Friday and Saturday night dry, even drove Simon down town on Sat and played pool. Which incidentally was nearly very embaressing at one point simon was winning 7 games to 3, ended 10 - 10 ( very civilized ).Anyway marc blew me and Simon out on Sat night to go out with Jimmy D drinking, not heard yet whether he managed to not smoke ( what are the odds, slim? )there now follows a public service annoucement :

Went to see them (again) last night. Honestly, people don't listen to enough T-Rex, even though it can substantially improve your life. A lot of people say "I don't know anything they did", so you don't know Metal Guru, Jeepster, Telegram Sam, Hot Love, Children of the Revolution, Ride a White Swan, Get it On, I Love to Boogie, New York City, The Groover, Solid Gold Easy Action, or 20th Century Boy. Right. Bolan was totally the man, until the untimely tree/mini incident. Genius.
