Finally a proper HD sony tele
Finally sony have made a proper HD tv. All those of you watching Sky in 720p thinking you have HD don't. The new sony
KDL-46X2000 supports both 1080i & 1080p, which basically mean it can play proper HD 1920x1080 pictures at 25 or 50 fps. Sky HD only supports 1080i (25fps) but your Sky box wont be downsizing the signal its receiving.
The TV is available now for �3,495 from sony style so expect to see it in John lewis etc for about �4000. Currently only available in a 46", but has optional snazzy coloured bezels for all your making a �3500 tv green requirements! odd!.
